Needless to say, we don’t stand still - watch this space or better still join us and make your mark.
The Role:
Reporting to the Senior Creative, we're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Creative to join our small in-house design studio and help bring OSPREY LONDON to life across digital and print. This is a varied, hands-on role with real ownership. You'll take the lead on much of our day-to-day creative across email, organic social and content, while supporting larger campaigns, retail, packaging and wholesale projects. You'll need a great eye, strong design skills and the ability to produce quality creative at pace, with video editing skills a big plus.
Where:
Based at our Head Office in Great Gaddesden and our Distribution Centre in Hemel Hempstead
Hours:
Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week)
Your Story So Far:
You'll have around 1–3 years' experience in graphic design, ideally with some exposure to fashion, accessories, luxury, beauty or retail. Your portfolio will demonstrate a strong foundation in typography, composition and layout, with experience across digital and print. You'll have a good creative eye, plenty of curiosity and a genuine interest in fashion, brands, photography, social and the wider creative landscape. You'll be comfortable taking a clear brief and running with it, while being open to feedback and keen to keep learning. Most importantly, you'll be hands-on, organised and happy working at pace across lots of different types of creative.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
