The opportunity

We are looking for a talented and highly organised Junior Creative to join our Creative & Strategy team. This is a hands-on, multidisciplinary production role for someone who enjoys making high-quality creative work across video, audio, photography, graphic design and digital content.

Working under the direction of the Head of Creative and Strategy, you will support the Creative Lead and Senior Creative Strategist to help produce and adapt content for The Arts Society’s podcast, video-on-demand platform, social media channels, website, publications, reports, campaigns and member-facing materials.

What you'll be doing (key responsibilities)

Multimedia production

Working closely with and supported by the Creative Lead and Senior Creative Strategist, you will:

  • Contribute to the filming, editing and delivery of high-quality video, audio and photography content across The Arts Society’s online platforms, podcast, social media channels, campaigns, internal communications and wider digital engagement activity.
  • Assist with planning and filming at events, interviews, lectures and other agreed locations, including setting up and operating appropriate cameras, lighting and audio equipment.
  • Organise footage, project files, permissions and final assets so that content can be easily located and reused by the wider team.
  • Design and produce high-quality, on-brand materials for print and digital use, including social media assets, reports, presentations, templates, promotional materials and event collateral.
  • Adapt, version and prepare creative assets for different audiences, channels and formats, ensuring artwork and files are accurate, accessible and ready for print, publication or digital distribution.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of templates, asset libraries, filing systems and production workflows that help colleagues produce consistent, on-brand materials efficiently.
  • Manage some assigned creative tasks from brief through to final delivery, confirming requirements, maintaining version control, meeting deadlines and escalating risks, competing priorities or capacity concerns where needed.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, suppliers and freelancers to deliver effective creative outputs, contribute ideas, respond constructively to feedback and champion inclusive, ethical and accessible approaches to content creation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
