CONTRACT: Full-time, permanent

SALARY: £30,000 - £35,000 + discretionary bonus

WEBSITE: https://growthcurve.co

Growthcurve is the growth marketing agency founders, CMOs and investors call when they need to scale fast. Strategy, media and creative under one roof, with an in-house studio and AI built into how we work. We've supported companies spending over $100M a month on paid ads, for brands like Coinbase, AliExpress, Midnite and Finom.

We're hiring a Junior Creative, Art Director: a visual thinker who lives on the internet and wants to make work that stops the scroll and drives real results.

THE ROLE

Our clients increasingly trust us with all of their creative, not just their performance marketing. You'll work in a creative pair with a copywriter, across paid social, short-form video, landing pages, campaign concepts and brand visuals, developed by our senior creative and strategy teams and making real work from day one.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Make visual creative that feels made for each platform: paid social, short-form video, statics, carousels, landing pages and campaign assets
  • Bring references, ideas and visual territories to concepting sessions
  • Turn briefs into scroll-stopping concepts that balance culture with performance
  • Build storyboards, mood boards and art direction references for shoots and production
  • Make fast-turn content yourself (statics, quick edits, rough cuts) to test ideas quickly
  • Use AI image and video tools to explore and produce ideas faster
  • Act on feedback quickly and iterate with purpose

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
