ABOUT US
Evergreen Escapes Group is an ambitious, fast-growing business on a mission to create exceptional holiday lodge parks, leisure resorts, and residential communities across the UK. With a strong foundation of existing assets and incredible support behind our expansion, this is your chance to join us at the start of an exciting journey.
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping something extraordinary - this is a unique opportunity to help build an awesome business from the ground up.
We’re building a talented team driven by success, but culture comes first. We’re authentic, like-minded people who aren’t afraid of hard work, but we support each other, offer flexibility around family and other commitments, and create an environment where there’s real freedom to thrive.
In our fast-paced environment, there’s clarity, purpose, and room to grow. If you want to do your best work surrounded by people who care, you’ll fit right in.
We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Creative Brand & Media Designer to join our growing marketing team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with strong creative instincts, a passion for design, and an eye for detail to develop their skills in a fast-moving and exciting environment.
This is a creative-led role, ideal for someone with strong conceptual thinking, excellent trend awareness, and a genuine passion for graphic design and animation. You’ll help bring our locations and brand to life through engaging, high-quality visual content across digital and print platforms.
You’ll work closely with the wider marketing team to create standout artwork, graphics, video, and social content that captures attention and delivers impact. We already have a strong brand identity, tone of voice, and positioning in place - now we’re looking for someone who can help elevate our creative output even further.
One area we’re especially excited to develop is animation, video creation, and post-production, so if you love bringing ideas to life through motion and dynamic content, we’d love to hear from you.
No two days will ever be the same, and while the role will be fast-paced and challenging, it’ll also be incredibly rewarding. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of creative projects while helping to shape a growing business and brand.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
