We’re Looking for a Talented Junior Creative Designer

We’re looking for a talented Junior Creative Designer to join our growing team and help bring our ideas to life across digital and print. Experience in photography and videography would be a bonus for this role. This is a hands-on creative role focused on producing high-quality visual assets. It is not a social media management position. You’ll create the content that powers our marketing, while our marketing team manages strategy, scheduling and community engagement.

  • Designing engaging graphics for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, email marketing and paid advertising.
  • Editing short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Meta Ads and product launches.
  • Creating website banners, landing page graphics and promotional assets.
  • Designing print-ready artwork including exhibition graphics, banners, POS materials, flyers and event signage.
  • Creating graphics for product launches, collaborations and seasonal campaigns.
  • Preparing artwork for print, ensuring files meet supplier specifications.
  • Maintaining consistent branding across every customer touchpoint.
  • Organising creative files and supporting the wider team with day-to-day design requests.
  • Bringing fresh ideas and creative concepts to campaigns while staying on top of design and social content trends.

We’d Love You To Have

  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and Premiere Pro (After Effects is a bonus).
  • Strong graphic design skills with an eye for typography, layout and branding.
  • Experience editing engaging short-form video content.
  • A portfolio demonstrating both digital and print design work.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Photography or videography experience and can produce content from home (equipment can be provided)
  • Experience creating content for beauty, fashion or lifestyle brands.
  • Basic motion graphics or animation skills.
  • Experience using Shopify or creating ecommerce assets.
  • A passion for alternative fashion, beauty or music culture.
