Job Title: Junior Creative Copywriter, Leeds.

Location: Hybrid — 2 days in the Leeds office, 3 remote.
Type: Full-time.
Experience: Up to 2 years. This is for someone starting out but with some industry experience.

About Sharp

Seventeen years ago, we decided the industry had it backwards. Agencies guess. Consultancies overthink. We built something in between: a brand consultancy that works with the rigour of strategy, delivers with the energy of an agency, and solves unsolvable challenges using Sharp Co-Create® — a platform we’ve spent nearly two decades building and proving for global and local brands.

Sharp is privately owned by three partners who built this business on the belief that work should be a force for good, for our clients and for the people who do it. Our values: Courage, Ownership, Curiosity, Kindness aren’t a poster on the wall. They’re how we hire, how we work, and how we hold each other to account. It’s why everyone gets a paid Volunteer Day: time back to put something into the causes that matter to us and AI Training: ensuring we’re leading clients through the new world. Our standards are high, and we don’t apologise for that.

Who You Are

You’re not interested in just filling a blank page with words. You want to write things that actually stick. You have an instinct for what works, a sharp eye for detail, and an obsession with the small nuances that turn decent copy into something unforgettable.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
