Ad agencies are dead. We're what comes next. Growthcurve is the growth marketing agency founders, CMOs and investors call when they need to scale fast. Strategy, media and creative under one roof, with an in-house studio and AI built into how we work. We've supported companies spending over $100M a month on paid ads, for brands like Coinbase, AliExpress, Midnite and Finom.

We're hiring a Junior Creative, Copywriter: obsessed with words, fluent in internet culture, and hungry to write work that earns attention and drives real results.

THE ROLE

Our clients increasingly trust us with all of their creative, not just their performance marketing. You'll work in a creative pair with an art director, across paid social, video scripts, landing pages, UGC briefs and campaign concepts, developed by our senior creative and strategy teams and writing real work from day one.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Write copy that fits each platform: paid social, video scripts, landing pages, email, UGC briefs and campaign lines
  • Bring ideas, references and angles to concepting sessions
  • Turn briefs into scroll-stopping concepts that balance culture with performance
  • Script and storyboard short-form video for TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts
  • Stay close to what's happening online (trends, formats, creators, subcultures) and bring it into the work
  • Use AI tools to explore more angles and variants, faster
  • Act on feedback quickly and iterate with purpose

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
