Junior Creative Designer
Description
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Creative Designer to join Marsh’s Impact team. https://weareimpact.marsh.com/
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career designer looking to develop their skills within a supportive creative team, working alongside graphic and digital designers, and motion graphic artists.
Working closely with Creatives and Communication Consultants, the Junior Creative Designer will help deliver creative solutions from the initial brief, concept creation, design and layout, through to producing artwork and managing production on all client communication collateral.
We will rely on you to:
- Create, manage, and deliver creative design projects across different media
- Oversee production throughout the full project lifecycle, including working with suppliers
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand client needs
- Ensure work is delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
- Follow brand and corporate guidelines while maintaining the original creative concept
- Solve design, artwork, and print-related challenges
- Communicate project progress clearly and keep detailed project notes
- Support presentations through mock-ups, dummies, and presentation boards
- Travel to client offices when needed
- Complete timesheets weekly and contribute to continuous learning and development

- Bachelor’s degree or similar qualification in graphic design or digital design
- 1–2 years of design/agency experience, or a highly motivated graduate with relevant qualifications
- A portfolio brimming with striking, well-crafted examples of your best work
- Strong skills in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Good understanding of print production
- Strong typography, layout, retouching, and detail orientation
- Excellent time management skills and experience in working under pressure to strict deadlines across multiple projects
- Good verbal and written communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and explain creative thinking clearly
- Energetic, proactive, and adaptable team player
