Overview - Junior Creative - Greenford, London
A brilliant opportunity for a versatile, up-and-coming Junior Creative to join our in-house creative team. You'll bridge graphic design and content creation - from actioning daily design tickets to getting hands-on with photography and video for our social channels - helping to protect and evolve the visual worlds of both the Belazu and Miso Tasty brands.

๐ What the day job looks like:
As a Junior Creative, you will:
- Action ticketed design workflow - producing everything from marketing materials and brochures to in-house posters, signage and supermarket shopper marketing.
- Assist in preparing and adapting print-ready packaging and label artwork for Belazu and Miso Tasty, ensuring accurate layouts and compliance with brand and legal guidelines.
- Support the translation of our tone of voice into visual assets, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Contribute fresh, on-brand ideas in creative brainstorming sessions.
- Get hands-on with photography and videography for social content, from in-house studio shoots to on-location shoots at London restaurants.
- Support shoot planning through storyboards, mood-boards, shot lists and styling sets.
- Edit and optimise video and graphic content for cross-channel use, including subtitles and motion graphics.
- Assist with retouching brand photography and curating our digital asset library.
- Create GIFs, stop-motion videos and motion graphics for social media campaigns.
- Keep learning - exploring emerging AI creative tools (such as Adobe Firefly or Claude) to support ideation and streamline production, within our brand AI policy.
- Take ownership of smaller design tasks and personal timelines, while supporting senior team members to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, NPD and sales.

๐ This role will suit you if:
- You have some experience in a creative production-based team or studio, ideally within FMCG or food.
- You have a strong working knowledge of the full Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Media Encoder, Premiere Pro and Capture One.
- You have a degree, showreel or portfolio that shows off your creative range.
- You've got a sharp eye for detail and excellent written English.
- You're a confident multi-tasker who can manage your own time and meet deadlines across a wide scope of tasks.
- You take feedback well and are always keen to learn and improve your craft.
- You genuinely love food and want to bring that passion to life visually.

- You prefer to work on one thing at a time rather than juggling a varied day-to-day scope.
- You're not comfortable getting hands-on with photography and video shoots, including occasional travel to London.
- You struggle with time management, reliability, deadlines, or working effectively as part of a team.
- You find it hard to take constructive feedback.

๐ Terms
- 40 hrs/week, flexible: 8am - 4.30pm, Monday - Friday
- Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, with some travel to London shoots required
- Reports to: Head of Creative
