Job Title: Junior Creative Strategist, Germany Market @ High-Growth Health & Wellness Brand
Location: Remote (Germany-based) or London (commutable)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + 10% annual performance bonus
A fast-growing health and wellness brand is looking for a Junior Creative Strategist to build the creative engine behind its German market launch. Native/Fluent German is a MUST.
The business has built one of the most engaged communities in its category, and is now taking that momentum global. With a lean, high-performing team, they're looking for someone early in their career with strong creative instincts who wants to shape what creative output looks like in a brand new market from day one.
This is a hands-on role at the intersection of creative thinking and performance. You'll be the eyes and ears on the German consumer, briefing creators, developing angles and concepts, and making sure creative speaks authentically to a market that expects evidence, not overclaiming.
Key Responsibilities
- Write clear, effective creator briefs covering concept, angle, script and visual direction, in German
- Develop concepts, hooks and angles that translate customer and performance insight into high-converting ads for the German market
- Own a weekly creative pipeline across Meta and TikTok
- Localise UK brand voice and messaging for German audiences, flagging what won't transfer and proposing what will
- Work alongside an established UK creative strategy team to knowledge-share on what's working
- Produce and edit assets, including iterating on statics and video content
- Collaborate closely with a central growth team and influencer manager to understand performance and iterate on winning concepts
- Own end-to-end delivery from concept to live ad, working at pace across multiple briefs

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
