Freelance Junior Creative Producer
3-Month Contract | Hybrid | Central London
If you're a creative all-rounder who loves seeing ideas come to life, this could be a brilliant opportunity.
We're working with a highly regarded creative agency that's looking for a Freelance Junior Creative Producer to join the team for an initial 3-month contract. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll be involved in every stage of the creative process—from developing concepts in the studio to helping deliver standout live experiences on-site.
Perfect for someone at the start of their career, you'll gain exposure to creative production, design, events, and client projects, working alongside an experienced team who'll give you the opportunity to learn, contribute, and make a genuine impact from day one.
What you'll be getting involved in
No two days will look the same, but you'll be supporting the team across a broad range of creative and production tasks, including:
- Joining creative and production meetings and contributing to live client projects
- Helping develop and extend creative concepts into real-world experiences
- Supporting Producers throughout project delivery
- Working on-site at events, helping with styling, dressing spaces, and creating beautifully considered environments
- Designing digital and print assets that bring client brands to life
- Creating social content using existing templates
- Producing presentation decks and project documents
- Visiting venues, taking measurements, and supporting space planning
- Researching and sourcing props, furniture, fixtures, and finishes (FF&E)
- Ordering event materials and keeping projects running smoothly behind the scenes
- Maintaining project files and artwork as projects evolve

We'd love to hear from you if...
You're naturally organised, proactive, and enjoy rolling your sleeves up. You're just as happy getting stuck into event delivery as you are creating artwork or supporting a pitch deck.
Ideally, you'll have:
- A good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confidence managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience using Microsoft Excel
- A good eye for layout, typography, and visual communication
- A collaborative approach and great communication skills
- A willingness to get involved both in the studio and on-site at events

Experience with SketchUp or AutoCAD would be a bonus, but it's by no means essential.
