What you’ll be doing
- Turning audience insights into clear, testable creative hypotheses
- Shaping creative briefs and copywriting for paid social and cross-channel campaigns
- Analysing performance creative metrics and recommending next steps
- Presenting ideas and results to clients and internal teams
- Leading day-to-day comms on smaller accounts; supporting delivery on larger ones
- Documenting learnings and championing best practices across projects

What you’ll have
- Working as a Creative Strategist, Paid Social Executive or in a similar role
- Hands-on experience using paid media platforms
- A flair for crafting persuasive ad copy and scripts
- Proficient in working with data and creating reports
- Confident in building and nurturing client relationships
- Ability to organise and prioritise tasks
