Ignite are delighted to be working with one of the fastest growing D2C brands in the UK, the business has scaled from ÂŁ0 to ÂŁ12m in revenue in just 12 months â truly amazing growth. Theyâre now looking to grow the team by hiring a Junior Creative Strategist, reporting into the Head of Performance Marketing.
Theyâre all about creating killer paid social ads, so if youâve come from an advertising background and have some knowledge/expertise in paid ads (Meta, TikTok & YouTube) â this could be a dream role for you.
What skills do you need to have to be considered?
- A minimum of 1 year performance creative experience.
- Experience working for or with a D2C E-commerce business (either in-house or agency is fine)
- Excellent ability to produce high-quality paid social ads
- A fantastic ability to think outside the box and have crazy/wild ideas from a direct response/performance marketing perspective.
- An amazing attitude, you need to be super driven, fun, sociable and ambitious
