About Pilot
Pilot is a creative strategy and production studio for 8-9 figure DTC brands scaling on Meta. Industry leading strategy and design under one roof: every ad we make starts with an insight. We work with brands including Hers, Stocked and Surreal.
The Role
We're hiring a Junior Creative Strategist to join us full-time in Kings Hill, Kent. You'll work directly with our co-founder Charles, turning customer insight and performance data into winning ads. Hybrid working is optional, with at least 3 days a week in our Kings Hill office.
What you'll do
- Dig into customer reviews, surveys, comments and forums to find the language and pain points that sell
- Research competitors and categories in the Meta Ad Library to spot angles worth testing
- Write ad concepts, hooks and headlines, and brief them into our design team
- Review weekly ad performance data and turn the results into the next round of iterations
- Keep our swipe file and testing log organised
- Help quality control creative before it goes to clients
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
