The Brand

The entire sportswear industry is built on a lie: charging luxury prices for cheap, petroleum-based polyester that traps sweat, stinks, and degrades. Nero was founded to destroy that standard. We engineer elite, high-performance apparel using only the finest natural fabrics.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional 9-to-5 desk job. It is a high-intensity apprenticeship designed for someone with one of two clear goals:

The Future Founder: You want to master the craft of direct-response creative, paid media, and brand strategy so you can build and scale your own DTC brand.

The High-Income Operator: You want to build an undeniable, seven-figure portfolio and track record as a top-tier Creative Strategist by driving real scale with aggressive ad budgets.

You will work directly alongside the founder, learning the full architecture of direct-to-consumer growth: high-converting direct-response creative, paid media mechanics on Meta and TikTok, scripting, visual hooks, positioning, and offer construction.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You won’t be managing calendar invites or filing brand decks. You will be actively ideating, brief-writing, and iterating ads with real ad spend behind them. If your creative wins and scales, you get paid directly on that upside.

What You’ll Do

  • Ideate & Script: Turn customer psychology, product advantages, and objections into high-retention video briefs and static concepts.
  • Deconstruct Top Creative: Analyse daily ad performance metrics (thumbstop rates, hold rates, CTR, CPA) to understand why winning ads print and failing ads die.
  • Produce & Iterate: Coordinate UGC creators, edit quick iterations, test dynamic hooks, and produce modular creative assets designed to scale.
  • Build a Creator Roster: People who produce great content and brief them on a regular basis.
  • Direct Growth Strategy: Sit in on creative analysis and scaling decisions, learning how creative strategy dictates ad account efficiency.
  • Attend Video Shoots: and help execute content that will be used in paid ads

Who This Is For

  • The Aspiring Brand Founder: You see direct-to-consumer advertising as the master skill of modern business and want an unfair advantage before launching your own venture.
  • Baseline Creative Intuition: You consume short-form video obsessively (TikTok, Reels) and already have a sense of what makes people stop, watch, and buy.
  • Obsessive Work Ethic: Not afraid to work overtime if needed
  • Data-Informed Thinking: You don't view ads as "art projects"; you view them as revenue engines that need to be measured, tested, and iterated.

What You Get

  • Direct Founder Mentorship: Daily access to proven brand-building frameworks, creative playbooks, and direct-response methodology.
  • Bonus Structure: Earn significantly above market rate if your creative drives profitable scale.
  • The Blueprint: Everything you need to know about paid acquisition, creative scaling, and e-commerce operations.
