Junior Creative Team
6 month FTC/placement
This would be an ideal opportunity for a team ready for their first step into a creative agency.
About Us
Iris is a global integrated agency driven by one simple philosophy: Participate or Perish. We create ideas that earn attention and inspire people to interact with brands in meaningful ways. Working with some of the world’s most ambitious brands, we combine strategy, creativity, technology, and media to deliver impactful campaigns.
What You'll Bring
We're not expecting you to know everything. We are looking for signs of creative potential and the drive to keep getting better.
You'll probably have strengths in many of these areas:
-
Big Idea Thinking You enjoy solving problems creatively and can turn an insight into an idea people remember. You're curious about culture and always asking "what if?"
-
Craft Whether it's writing, art direction, design, AI-assisted creativity, editing, motion, illustration, or making beautiful presentations, you care about the quality of what you produce and are always looking to improve your craft.
-
Storytelling You know that the best ideas don't just look good—they make people feel something. You can explain your thinking simply and bring others with you.
-
Making You're someone who likes creating, not just talking. You experiment, prototype, test, build, iterate, and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty to make ideas happen.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
