Role Description

This is a full-time, entry-level, on-site role at our Camden Town office. As our Junior Creative, reporting to the Creative Manager, you'll be responsible for conceptualising and creating engaging video and social content for 8original's clients and brand-owned accounts. You'll work across everything from coming up with the idea to filming, editing and posting it.

What You’ll Do

  • Concept, shoot and edit short-form video for client and brand-owned accounts.
  • Schedule and post content across all required social platforms.
  • Experiment with new video and photo styles.
  • Measure the success of content and innovate based on new insights, trends and platform developments.

No Qualifications Necessary. What We're Looking For:

  • Creativity.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in writing.
  • Some experience in video content creation (can be personal).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of social media trends and platforms.
  • Commitment, hunger and desire to improve every single day.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar.
  • Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop).
  • Experience with hospitality, entertainment or lifestyle brands.
