Junior Creative

We’re looking for a Junior Creative with around 2 years’ experience to join our Creative team – someone with great ideas, a sharp eye for design and the skills to bring those ideas to life across print and digital.

We want someone who can think creatively, take an idea and run with it, challenge a brief when there’s a better way, and turn “we need something for this” into something people notice.

About us

We’re a creative agency in the North East with a portfolio spanning two decades, but we’re also much more – we’re a team of thinkers, makers and doers who care about our work, our clients and each other. We work for local and national brands across social housing, leisure, education, technology and more.

What we’re looking for

  • 2 years’ experience working in a creative capacity either in-house or in an agency
  • Experience developing artwork and assets to be used as part of client campaigns
  • A strong understanding of working across print and digital formats
  • Ability to interpret client briefs and working within client brand guidelines and specifications across all channels
  • Proficiency in Adobe suite – Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop are essential
  • A strong understanding of design principles, and the ability to think critically about design decisions

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
