Junior Creator Agent | Boutique Talent & Influencer Management Agency | London

Harmonic is delighted to be partnering with a boutique talent and influencer management agency representing creators, models, and wider talent across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, wellness, and luxury. The agency has built a reputation for hands-on, commercially sharp talent management and is now growing its team to support an expanding roster.

The Role

Reporting into and working closely alongside a senior creator agent, the Junior Creator Agent will provide hands-on support across the existing creator portfolio, helping manage day-to-day relationships while playing a direct role in building out and growing the roster. This is a great opportunity for someone with some initial exposure to the creator, digital, or social media space who's hungry, switched on, and keen to grow into a career in creator talent management.

Responsibilities

  • Support the senior creator agent with day-to-day management of a portfolio of creators and influencers, handling relationship management and administrative support.
  • Help identify and source paid partnerships, brand deals, and ambassadorial opportunities across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, travel, wellness, and luxury.
  • Assist in pitching talent to brands, agencies, and marketing teams.
  • Support coordination of campaigns from briefing through delivery, liaising between brands, talent, and production partners.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and campaign documentation, and support contract, invoicing, and usage tracking.
  • Help track market trends and creator/brand activity to flag new opportunities.
  • Contribute to growing the creator roster, including supporting on new signings.
  • Ad hoc tasks to support the wider team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
