Footballco

Footballco creates more football content, across more platforms & languages than anyone else, reaching over 700 million football fans across the world each month. Our consumer brands include GOAL, FanZone, Front Three, Beast Mode On Podcast, INDIVISA and many more – no one else has our reach or depth of understanding within the game. We’re a company with over 300 employees globally engaging a huge audience (our channels generate over 2 billion video views a month) and we work with exciting partners in the UK, US and around the world.

About the role

As a Junior Creator, you will report directly to the Lead Producer. In this role, you will work closely with them to execute our daily creative vision, align on format execution, and ensure all fast-turnaround and scheduled output meets our production standards.

What you'll be doing:

  • Content Execution & Production Support: Film and produce engaging short and long-form video content across our studio and remote setups, supporting both studio and on-location production behind the camera. Handle a mix of formats, from capturing mobile-shot social to assisting on high-end multi-cam long form productions.
  • On-Camera Presence: Show a readiness and enthusiasm to appear on camera across company-owned social media channels, including GOAL, Front Three, Fanzone, etc. You will bring your unique personality and passion for football directly to Footballco audiences.
  • Basic Editing & Post-Production: Perform rough-cut and short form video edits using Adobe Premiere and mobile editing tools (where necessary), tailoring content specifically to the best practices of each social media platform. Collaborate closely with members of Audience, Production and Post-Productions teams to optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.
  • Studio & Set Management: Support the day-to-day management and operation of our internal studio and sets. Help to ensure all production spaces are properly dressed, organized, and safe before any cameras roll.
  • Equipment Organisation & Maintenance: Assist in overseeing the content studio's production inventory. Help maintain, organize, and track camera, lighting, audio, and grip equipment to maintain healthy workflows.
  • Content Planning & Innovation: Collaborate with the entire Content Team to brainstorm, plan, and execute new video concepts. Stay deeply embedded in social media trends, technical techniques, and audience analytics to pitch creative ideas that keep our output innovative.
  • Audience Growth & Engagement: You’ll have an understanding of analytics to track how our content is performing.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
