Junior Credit Controller

Location: Becket House, Worthing

Brand: LRG

Salary: Competitive Salary Package

Contract Length: 10 Month Fixed Term Contract

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pursue overdue debts and arrears through telephone, email, and letter within agreed timeframes.
  • Handle and resolve customer queries efficiently.
  • Ensure month-end process deadlines are consistently met.
  • Manage your own ledger, ensuring debts are paid in a timely manner.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks such as payment reports, month end reporting

What We Are Looking For:

  • Positive can-do attitude when it comes to delivering business change.
  • Good written and oral communications skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail: accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Good business acumen for problem solving & customer focus.
  • Highly numerical, analytical whilst focused on the detail, maintaining an appreciation of the bigger picture.
  • Good level of IT related knowledge and associated Microsoft office packages
  • Credit Control experience preferred but not essential
