Junior Credit Controller
Location: Becket House, Worthing

Salary: Competitive Salary Package
Contract Length: 10 Month Fixed Term Contract

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Pursue overdue debts and arrears through telephone, email, and letter within agreed timeframes.
- Handle and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Ensure month-end process deadlines are consistently met.
- Manage your own ledger, ensuring debts are paid in a timely manner.
- Support the team with administrative tasks such as payment reports, month end reporting

What We Are Looking For:
- Positive can-do attitude when it comes to delivering business change.
- Good written and oral communications skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail: accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Good business acumen for problem solving & customer focus.
- Highly numerical, analytical whilst focused on the detail, maintaining an appreciation of the bigger picture.
- Good level of IT related knowledge and associated Microsoft office packages
- Credit Control experience preferred but not essential
