POSITION OVERVIEW

The Junior Cricket Coach will be responsible for coaching young cricketers and laying a strong foundation in technical, tactical, and mental aspects of the game. This role is ideal for passionate individuals looking to grow in the coaching industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily training sessions for youth and beginner players.
  • Implement structured fundamental skill development programs.
  • Assist Senior Coaches in academy tournaments, drills, and workshops.
  • Track player progress and report feedback to Senior Coaches.
  • Create a fun, engaging, and competitive learning environment.
  • Organize grassroots development programs and community outreach initiatives.

Essential Skills And Qualifications

  • BCCI/NCA Level 2 or ICC/ECB Level 2 (Minimum).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of coaching experience at the school, club, or academy level.
  • Strong knowledge of basic cricketing skills, drills, and fitness training.
  • Ability to engage and mentor young players.
  • Good communication skills and a growth mindset.
