POSITION OVERVIEW
The Junior Cricket Coach will be responsible for coaching young cricketers and laying a strong foundation in technical, tactical, and mental aspects of the game. This role is ideal for passionate individuals looking to grow in the coaching industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily training sessions for youth and beginner players.
- Implement structured fundamental skill development programs.
- Assist Senior Coaches in academy tournaments, drills, and workshops.
- Track player progress and report feedback to Senior Coaches.
- Create a fun, engaging, and competitive learning environment.
- Organize grassroots development programs and community outreach initiatives.

Essential Skills And Qualifications
- BCCI/NCA Level 2 or ICC/ECB Level 2 (Minimum).
- Minimum 2-3 years of coaching experience at the school, club, or academy level.
- Strong knowledge of basic cricketing skills, drills, and fitness training.
- Ability to engage and mentor young players.
- Good communication skills and a growth mindset.
