Junior CRM Analyst

Watford Junction - Hybrid 3x a week
Up to £35,000 + Bonus

Looking to build a long-term career in CRM, customer analytics, and campaign operations?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing CRM function where you'll gain exposure to audience creation, campaign governance, customer segmentation, and stakeholder management within a highly data-driven environment. You will work alongside experienced CRM professionals and have a clear pathway into senior analytics and CRM leadership roles.

The Role

As a CRM Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting customer marketing campaigns through audience creation, campaign governance, and CRM analysis.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building customer audiences and campaign selections using SQL
  • Creating and maintaining customer segments for targeted marketing campaigns
  • Managing and monitoring CRM campaign schedules
  • Supporting audience validation and quality assurance processes before deployment
  • Updating and optimising audience selection queries
  • Working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Automation Studio
  • Supporting recurring customer engagement campaigns
  • Responding to stakeholder requests for new customer audiences and segments
  • Producing campaign reporting and basic performance analysis
  • Collaborating with CRM Strategy, Operations, and Data teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time

Over time, you will become a key owner of CRM scheduling and campaign governance activities, helping coordinate campaign delivery across multiple teams.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong foundational SQL skills including joins, aggregations, counts, and basic audience-building logic
  • STEM, analytical, or data-focused academic background
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exposure to SQL through university projects, placements, internships, or commercial experience
  • Confidence working with data to solve business problems
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Desirable experience:

  • CRM, marketing, or customer analytics exposure
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud knowledge
  • Experience working with customer, campaign, or marketing data
  • Basic reporting and analytical capability
