CRM Analyst (Data)

Location: Watford

Salary: £35,000 + bonus

Working pattern: Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office

A leading organisation is looking for a CRM Analyst to join its growing CRM team and support the delivery of customer marketing campaigns. This is a great opportunity for an early-career analyst with SQL experience who enjoys working with data, solving problems and collaborating with stakeholders.

The Role

You'll be responsible for building and managing customer audiences for CRM campaigns, ensuring campaigns are accurately targeted and delivered on time. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building customer audiences and segments using SQL
  • Managing campaign schedules and audience requests
  • Working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Automation Studio
  • Supporting recurring and promotional CRM campaigns
  • Performing audience validation and quality checks
  • Providing basic campaign analysis and reporting
  • Working closely with CRM Strategy, Operations and Data teams

About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • Basic/intermediate SQL skills, including joins, GROUP BYs, counts and aggregations
  • A STEM, data-focused or analytical degree/background
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exposure to SQL through university, internships, placements or an early-career role
