About Pearse Group
Pearse Group comprises two specialist recruitment search firms: Pearse Partners, specialising in front-office financial services, and Pearse Portfolio, specialising in senior qualified finance appointments.
We're growing quickly and are looking for a Junior CRM and Data Analyst to help turn our data into a genuine commercial advantage. This is a newly created role, working closely with our consultants to turn what's in Bullhorn into the market reports and pitch materials that help them win clients.
You'll work across both firms, with support from the team, early responsibility and a visible impact as Pearse Group continues to grow.
What you'll be doing
You'll be the go-to person for our Bullhorn CRM and commercial data, making sure it is accurate, well structured and put to work in front of clients.
- Keeping our Bullhorn CRM data accurate and consistent, and helping maintain data standards across the business
- Pulling, cleaning and segmenting CRM data to identify trends, target clients and commercial opportunities
- Building and maintaining reports and dashboards for consultants and the leadership team
- Creating client pitch decks for meetings, using our placement, pipeline and market data to tailor each one to the client
- Producing regular market reports, including salary benchmarking and hiring trends, drawn from our own data and external sources
- Helping build credentials and track-record materials backed by real placement data
- Supporting proposals and tenders with accurate, well-presented data
- Picking up ad-hoc commercial and data projects, with the chance to take ownership as you grow

What we're looking for
- At least 18 months' experience using a CRM system to generate revenue in a sales or recruitment environment
- A good understanding of how CRM data drives business development, pipeline and client relationships
- Good Excel or Google Sheets skills, and confidence pulling and analysing data from a CRM
- The ability to turn data into clear, polished presentations and reports (Canva, PowerPoint or similar)
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Commercially minded, with an eye for the story in the numbers
- Comfortable working with consultants and senior stakeholders
- Proactive, keen to learn and happy to take ownership rather than wait to be told what to do

Bullhorn experience is highly desirable, though we welcome candidates who have used other CRM systems. Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar reporting tools, or in executive search or professional services, would be a real advantage.
