About the role

We are partnering with a global technology organisation to recruit a Junior CRM Campaign Manager focused on high-impact, multi-channel campaigns.

You will support campaign strategy across 16 European markets using Email, Push, WhatsApp, and app channels. This position will work closely with internal teams, regional subsidiaries, agency partners, and global HQ to test new initiatives, optimise performance, and align CRM activity with business growth.

It is a contract role paying £152 per day. It is based in the London Area on a hybrid basis.

Key responsibilities

  • Work with the CRM Campaign Manager to develop, shape, and continuously optimise European CRM strategies, ensuring campaigns deliver a premium, on-brand experience on time.
  • Execute campaigns across multiple touchpoints, including Email, Push, Loyalty App, WhatsApp, RCS/SMS, and Shop App.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (global HQ, product divisions, Live Commerce, Shop App) and agency partners to align and deliver CRM propositions.
  • Support development of segmentation and personalisation strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement, including leading segmentation briefs.
  • Act as a key point of contact for launches, presenting strategy updates, performance, and optimisation plans in weekly calls.
  • Guide local market teams, ensuring local execution aligns with global HQ strategy.
  • Monitor and analyse regional CRM campaign performance, using data insights to optimise messaging, targeting, and timing.
  • Champion a test-and-learn culture to evaluate new tools, approaches, and tactics that improve campaign effectiveness.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
