Our digital-first approach is central to our continued growth, and we are looking for a curious and analytical Junior CRM Executive to join our in-house Digital Marketing team and help elevate our customer engagement strategy.

Diamonds Factory is one of Europe's leading online luxury jewellers, specialising in bespoke engagement rings, wedding rings, and fine jewellery. Combining exceptional craftsmanship with a strong digital presence, we help customers create meaningful jewellery pieces through a seamless online experience. As we continue to expand internationally, we are looking for a Junior CRM Executive to support the growth and optimisation of our CRM activity and help deliver exceptional experiences for our customers across different markets.
The Role
As a Junior CRM Executive at Neve Jewels Group, you will support the day-to-day execution and optimisation of CRM activity for our Diamonds Factory brand. Working closely with the CRM Manager and CRM Executive, you will gain experience across CRM campaigns, customer segmentation, lifecycle journeys, performance analysis, and channel optimisation. This role is ideal for someone with around one year of CRM experience who enjoys combining analytical thinking with creativity. You will be comfortable working with data, building customer journeys, supporting campaigns, and using insights to improve engagement, retention, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of CRM strategies for the Diamonds Factory brand
- Build, test and schedule customer email and SMS campaigns
- Support A/B testing across subject lines, layouts, calls to action, messaging and channel mix
- Create CRM briefs for creative and copy teams following campaign planning sessions
- Segment audiences to ensure communications are targeted and relevant
- Support the optimisation of automated customer journeys
- Assist with the launch of additional regional CRM accounts
- Support the launch and ongoing management of the loyalty programme
- Analyse campaign performance using CRM reporting tools and Google Analytics
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and customer engagement
- Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, PR and wider teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time
- Bring a data-driven approach to testing, reporting and decision making
What We’re Looking For
- At least one year of hands-on CRM experience (agency or in-house preferred)
- A degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Psychology or a related discipline
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Klaviyo, Attentive or similar ESPs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confidence working with data in Excel or Google Sheets
- A logical and analytical mindset with an interest in customer behaviour and marketing technology
- A creative mindset with an interest in content and customer experience
- A genuine interest in CRM, luxury retail and e-commerce
- Experience supporting CRM activity across international markets is desirable
