C3 Midlands is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated and organised Junior Customer Account Executive to join our team.
This is a varied role supporting our Sales and Finance teams, with plenty of opportunity to learn and develop within the business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Communicating with customers and suppliers by phone and email
  • Processing orders, purchase orders and paperwork
  • Data entry and general administration
  • Organising deliveries and logistics
  • Managing customer stock and preparing orders for despatch
  • Assisting with stock checks, audits and reports
  • Supporting the wider team with day-to-day tasks
