Trainee Customer Strategy Executive
Bombe is on a mission to help businesses understand exactly what drives their customers, and we’re looking for a Trainee Customer Strategy Executive to help us turn that insight into results for every client we work with. If you’re an organised, curious communicator who wants hands on experience at a fast-growing AI scale up, with direct exposure to senior leadership from day one, this is a brilliant place to start your career.
About Bombe
Bombe combines machine learning with proprietary polling data, to predict what customers will buy, where, and why, with an accuracy of up to 90%. We connect directly into clients’ sales systems to turn that insight into revenue: spotting underperforming markets, sharpening targeting, and helping brands, venues, non-profits and public sector organisations make smarter, faster decisions.
Founded in 2024 by CEO Mike Joslin, who spent his career applying data strategy to major political campaigns before turning his focus to business, Bombe has already been featured in the BBC, Politico and The Guardian. We’re a close knit, ambitious team based at Level39 in One Canada Square, Canary Wharf, and we’re growing fast.
The Role
This is an entry level, learning focused role at the heart of our Customer Strategy team. You’ll support our Customer Strategy Manager in delivering great work for clients day to day. Whilst working closely with our Director of Partnerships & Growth, with regular exposure to the CEO and leadership team as you build your career with us.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
