We’re supporting a leading international technology business with the appointment of a Customer Success Associate to join its growing UK team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career Customer Success professional to take ownership of customer success initiatives, improve the client journey and work closely with teams across the wider business.
The Role
You will play a key role in developing and delivering the organisation’s customer success approach, with responsibility for:
- Supporting the delivery of the customer success roadmap and taking ownership of operational implementation.
- Developing tools, processes and frameworks to improve customer onboarding, support and feedback.
- Establishing relevant KPIs, objectives and reporting to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and share successful approaches across markets.
- Leading or contributing to projects designed to optimise different stages of the customer journey.
- Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Technical teams to identify opportunities for account growth and development.

About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- 1–2 years’ relevant professional experience.
- Experience with customer success strategy, processes or implementation, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to work effectively across teams and cultures.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- A proactive, commercially minded and results-focused approach.
- The flexibility to thrive in a fast-growing and changing environment.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Fluency in another European language would be advantageous.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or a related discipline.

Candidates with a background in fintech or financial services client services who are looking to transition into a Customer Success or Account Management career are also encouraged to apply. We’re particularly interested in people who have strong client-facing, relationship management and stakeholder skills and are keen to move into a broader customer-focused role.
