Job title: Junior Customer Success Manager
Salary: Base salary of £30-34k depending on experience
On-target earnings (OTE): £32-39k
Experience: 1-2 years
Work Location: Old Street, Shoreditch (Hybrid, 3 days/week office-based)
Days per week in office: 3 minimum
About the role
Who you are:
- Passionate about food and the industry!
- Relevant industry experience - a proven track record managing client relationships and growing accounts in a relevant sector (food, hospitality, or B2B/B2B2C SaaS)
- 1-2 years' work experience in a relevant client-facing role
- A problem solver who thrives under pressure in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Excellent communication skills - you'll be connecting with clients constantly and need to be well-spoken and meticulous in your written communications
- Great listening skills and the ability to understand complex customer needs
- A natural curiosity about using data to inform decisions, and comfortable working with metrics like GMV, usage and engagement
- Highly proficient with technology and comfortable sharing product feedback
- Be able to work from the Feedr HQ office in Old Street every Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.
- Must have the right to work in the UK as we are unable to sponsor visas.
Desirable requirements:
- Experience in the B2B food, hospitality or SaaS industry is an advantage
- Previous experience in a start-up or fast-scaling business is a bonus
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms is a plus

What the job involves:
- Own a portfolio of smaller Cloud Canteen clients, acting as their primary post-sale point of contact
- Be responsible for retaining and growing your clients' accounts, including leading renewal conversations
- Own client onboarding for your accounts, ensuring successful adoption and early value realisation
- Maintain a consistent engagement cadence, including regular check-ins and service reviews
- Identify early retention risks within your portfolio and take proactive steps to address them
- Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your accounts and work with your manager or Sales to take them forward
- Track account performance metrics - GMV, usage and engagement - and keep HubSpot records accurate and up to date
- Find creative ways to solve your clients' food requirements, building menu plans and vendor recommendations
- Be the point of contact for your clients and provide excellent service when things go wrong
- Work closely with Operations, Catering & Events and Vendor teams to resolve client issues efficiently
- Support client implementation for new accounts, including training and education on the platform
- Share structured client feedback on product, vendor mix and food trends with the relevant teams
