Junior Customer Success Manager

Remote, UK, Full-time

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within Customer Success and take ownership of their own portfolio of customers.

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident in building relationships with customers, with the ability to manage their own workload and take responsibility for customer actions, follow-ups, and ongoing account activity.

Previous experience within Customer Success would be beneficial, although we're also open to people coming from account coordination, customer support, customer experience, or other commercially focused customer-facing roles.

What you'll be doing

You will take responsibility for a portfolio of existing customers, helping them get value from the company's software while managing the day-to-day commercial and administrative activity around those relationships.

This will include:

  • Building strong relationships with customers and acting as a regular point of contact
  • Managing scheduled customer touchpoints and ongoing follow-ups
  • Understanding how customers are using the software and helping them gain greater value from it
  • Managing customer queries and coordinating internally where support or escalation is required
  • Supporting and managing renewals, quotations, and purchase orders
  • Maintaining accurate customer information, actions, and activity within the CRM
  • Keeping on top of deadlines, customer commitments, and account priorities
  • Identifying opportunities where additional products or services could benefit the customer

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You don't need to already be managing large or strategic accounts. The role is designed to give someone the opportunity to build their Customer Success experience while taking genuine ownership of their own customers.

The opportunity

You'll be joining an established software business with an existing customer base and a Customer Success function that is continuing to develop.

You'll initially work with a portfolio of customers while building your knowledge of the software, industry, and wider Customer Success process. As you develop, there is a clear opportunity to take on broader account ownership and progress towards working with larger and more strategic customers.

The role is fully remote within the UK, with some occasional flexibility around working hours for international customer conversations.

If you're looking to build on your customer-facing experience and develop a long-term career within Customer Success, we'd be interested in speaking with you.
