About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen with an international framework organization as they expand their newly established Data & AI function. Following recent leadership appointments, the organization is launching multiple initiatives to drive operational efficiency and build internal capability using Microsoft AI technologies.

We are seeking a versatile Data & AI Engineer to support two key initiatives. Depending on your background, this position can either encompass both workstreams or focus on a specific area of delivery:

  • Technical Build: Assist the Lead Engineer in building, testing, and deploying flagship AI proof-of-concepts within the Microsoft environment, focusing on Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft Foundry, alongside governance principles in Purview.
  • Enablement & Training: Guide internal business teams in adopting Copilot technologies, providing weekly hands-on support and troubleshooting as non-technical staff build custom agents leading up to an internal Hackathon on 19 November.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
