🗂 We’re Hiring: Junior Data Analyst

🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Data Analyst to support data collection, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about working with data, identifying trends, and providing insights that support business decision-making.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
  • Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for stakeholders and management.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining business intelligence reports and performance metrics.
  • Support data-driven decision-making by providing analytical insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and help track business performance.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to support operational, financial, marketing, and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and business needs.
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with data governance standards.
  • Assist in automating reports and improving data collection and reporting processes.
  • Document data sources, methodologies, and reporting procedures.
  • Stay updated on data analytics tools, techniques, and industry best practices.

✅ Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of data analysis, statistics, and reporting concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data manipulation.
  • Familiarity with SQL for querying and extracting data is preferred.
  • Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar platforms is advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of Python, R, or other analytics tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
