We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Data Analyst to support data collection, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about working with data, identifying trends, and providing insights that support business decision-making.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for stakeholders and management.
- Assist in developing and maintaining business intelligence reports and performance metrics.
- Support data-driven decision-making by providing analytical insights and recommendations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and help track business performance.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support operational, financial, marketing, and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and business needs.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with data governance standards.
- Assist in automating reports and improving data collection and reporting processes.
- Document data sources, methodologies, and reporting procedures.
- Stay updated on data analytics tools, techniques, and industry best practices.

✅ Requirements
- Basic knowledge of data analysis, statistics, and reporting concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data manipulation.
- Familiarity with SQL for querying and extracting data is preferred.
- Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar platforms is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of Python, R, or other analytics tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
