CRM Analyst

Watford Junction (3 days per week in office) | £35,000 + Bonus

This is an excellent opportunity for a CRM Analyst to join a growing customer marketing function within a highly recognised consumer business. You'll work at the heart of campaign delivery, using SQL and CRM tools to build audiences, support marketing activity, and develop valuable stakeholder-facing experience. You will join a collaborative team that works closely with CRM Strategy, CRM Operations, and Data teams to deliver personalised customer communications at scale. The business values data-driven decision making and is committed to developing talent within its analytics and CRM functions.

The Role

As a CRM Analyst, you will support the delivery of customer marketing campaigns by building and managing campaign audiences, validating customer selections, and ensuring campaign activity runs smoothly and accurately.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building campaign audiences and customer segments using SQL
  • Creating and maintaining audience selections for CRM campaigns
  • Managing and monitoring campaign schedules and deployment timelines
  • Working with CRM platforms and automation tools to support campaign execution
  • Validating audience selections and completing quality assurance checks
  • Supporting recurring and promotional marketing campaigns
  • Responding to stakeholder requests for new customer segments and audience groups
  • Producing campaign reporting and supporting analysis requests
  • Collaborating with strategy, operations, and data teams to coordinate campaign activity
  • Identifying opportunities to improve audience creation and campaign processes

This role offers the opportunity to become a key owner of CRM scheduling and campaign governance activities as you develop within the team.

  • Basic to intermediate SQL skills
  • Experience using joins, aggregations, counts, and groupings within SQL
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • An analytical background through education, internships, placements, or commercial experience
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
  • Confidence working with data and drawing insights from analysis
