Junior Data Analyst
Bristol | Hybrid | Up to £35,000
We're working with an established organisation in Bristol that is looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join their growing data team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their data career with a strong foundation in SQL, who wants to develop their experience across data retrieval, data modelling, Power BI and business reporting.
The Role
You'll work with business data to produce accurate, reliable reporting and analysis. A key part of the role will be using SQL to retrieve, manipulate and model data from relational databases, ensuring data is structured correctly and ready for reporting and analysis.
You'll also work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements and translate these into practical data solutions, including Power BI reports and dashboards.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
