About the Role

We are seeking motivated and dedicated Data Analysts to join our dynamic team at Newto Training. Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a strong analytical mindset and a keen interest in data science. While prior experience in data analysis or related fields is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Essential qualifications include:

  • A good understanding of basic mathematics and statistics
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in relevant tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI

Candidates should demonstrate curiosity, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn new technologies. A background in business, IT, or related disciplines can be beneficial but is not required. We value enthusiasm, adaptability, and a proactive attitude towards professional development.

Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst at Newto Training, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting, cleaning, and organizing large datasets from various sources to ensure data quality and accuracy.
  • Performing detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business strategies.
  • Creating compelling visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings effectively.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation of data processes and methodologies for transparency and reproducibility.
  • Staying updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics to continuously enhance skills and processes.
