About the role
We’re looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our consulting team and work on real client projects from day one. - Analyse datasets to identify trends, patterns and opportunities
- Build reports and dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI / Tableau
- Write and run SQL queries to extract and transform data
- Support the development of KPI frameworks and performance reporting
- Check data for accuracy and flag quality issues
- Present findings clearly to colleagues and clients, in writing and in conversation
- Contribute ideas to project planning and client workshops
- Document your work so it can be reviewed and reused

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
