Junior Data Analyst

Permanent

Woking (hybrid)

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our Technical team within a leading food manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will support the collection, analysis, reporting, and interpretation of data relating to consumer complaints, product quality, technical supply chain performance, and technical operations. This role is ideal for an analytical individual looking to develop their career in data analytics while gaining exposure to food manufacturing, consumer services, quality management, and supply chain operations. The role will work closely with Technical, Quality, Manufacturing, and Consumer Services teams to provide actionable insights that drive continuous improvement and support business decision-making.

About the role:

To assist in the delivery of reporting, analytics, and data management activities that support technical objectives. Through accurate analysis and effective reporting, the role contributes to identifying trends, supporting investigations, and driving continuous improvement opportunities.

Key Accountabilities

  • Data Analysis & Reporting

    • Develop, maintain, and improve reporting dashboards and KPIs using Power BI.
    • Analyse consumer complaint, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Consumer Services & Complaint Analytics

    • Analyse consumer complaint data from Salesforce.
    • Monitor complaint trends across products, markets, manufacturing sites, and suppliers.
  • Technical Data Support

    • Support the Technical team with performance analysis and reporting.
    • Assist in tracking quality incidents and corrective actions.
  • Systems & Data Management

    • Maintain and validate data within Salesforce, SAP, Unilab, and other business systems.
    • Support users with data queries and reporting requirements.

About you:

  • Experience in data analysis is essential.
  • IT skills including Power BI is essential. Salesforce and Unilab experience highly desirable.
  • Strong reporting skills and the ability to make data into easy-to-understand reports.
  • Impactful report writing and presentation skills.
  • Experience of working within Food Manufacturing, Quality, Technical Services, or FMCG will be preferred.
