Junior AI & Data Analyst
Rugeley | Hybrid | £28,000 - £32,000
Are you early in your career and excited by the potential of AI, data and emerging technology?
We’re working with a growing, innovative business looking for a Junior AI & Data Analyst to join its team. This is an opportunity for someone with strong technical foundations who wants to develop their career at the intersection of data, AI and technology.
You don’t need years of commercial AI experience. We’re looking for someone with potential, curiosity and a genuine desire to learn.

- Working with data to uncover trends, insights and opportunities
- Exploring how AI and automation can improve products and processes
- Manipulating and analysing datasets
- Supporting the development of data-led solutions
- Working with tools such as Python and SQL
- Experimenting with new AI technologies and approaches
- Collaborating with technical and non-technical teams
- Developing your skills as the company's AI and data capabilities grow
Requirements
We'd love to speak to you if you have:
- Some experience with Python and/or SQL
- A degree, placement, personal projects or commercial experience involving Data, AI, Computer Science or a similar area
- Exposure to AI, machine learning, LLMs or automation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A genuine passion for building a career in AI & Data
- The confidence to bring ideas to the table and learn quickly
