- Automated VFX Pulls powered by Origami to streamline the delivery of production assets and improve workflow efficiency.
- Easel - our proprietary online dailies platform, designed to provide secure, efficient and intuitive access to production media.
- Workflow Consultancy - expert guidance to design, optimise and manage complex production workflows.
- Colour Workflow & Display Management - including monitor calibration and access to a DCI-specification grading theatre at Shepperton Studios.

This role will be based at our Shepperton Studios office.
ABOUT THE ROLE

Primary Responsibilities:
- Basic IT support.
- Physical management of media assets - checking items in and out of the facility.
- Providing technical support and assistance for our operators on location, on set and on dailies labs.
- Assisting with day-to-day running of our in-house systems.
- Collaborating with all teams within Mission to ensure the smooth running of our projects.
Secondary Primary Responsibilities:
- Carrying out research and testing on new hardware and software tools
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
This role is predominantly technical and requires a good aptitude for computers, data workflow and video processing. Knowledge of specific software used within the film industry is advantageous, and being thorough and precise is essential. The role can involve balancing several tasks at once, so being flexible and capable of multitasking is important.
We do not necessarily expect candidates already to have experience in all areas of the role. However, aptitude, demonstration of ability and professional experience will be significantly considered. Training will be provided as appropriate. Listed below are some skills/areas of knowledge that would be beneficial for an applicant to have:
- Knowledge of Networking and Security
- Knowledge of video and media software, including Yoyotta, AVID, Davinci Resolve and Silverstack
- Knowledge of camera types and formats
- Knowledge of different storage media types such as RAID, JBOD, SAN, LTO, types of connectivity and transfer performance
