About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Data Operations Assistant to support our growing remote team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in data operations, administration, or business support. Full training will be provided, making this role suitable for recent graduates and candidates with little or no professional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain business records with accuracy.
- Verify and organise data from multiple internal sources.
- Generate basic reports using spreadsheets and internal systems.
- Perform routine data quality checks.
- Support team members with administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Assist with documentation and process improvements.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- No previous experience required; training provided.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and suitable home workspace.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
