Job Description
The UK Aftersales Team are looking to hire a junior Data Analyst and Tools Developer to support data quality, analytics and reporting across all our Aftersales operation group. This role is critical to understanding and improving our Aftersales performance and customer satisfactions.
Responsibilities
- Extract and analyse data from multiple sources using Excel and SQL and Power BI.
- Maintain and develop Aftersales websites for Aftersales and Dealers using Wordpress and PHP.
- Deliver end-to-end dashboard reporting to provide clear insights on Aftersales operation group and dealer performances.
- Support European deployments of Global Aftersales systems and tools.

Qualifications

- Strong SQL, Power BI and Excel VBA skills
- Ability to handle large sets of data and transforming them into management reports and dashboards
- Experience with Wordpress and PHP web development highly desirable
- Strong desire and interest in data and performance analysis in the automotive industry
