The Role

As a Junior Delivery Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting the Delivery Manager to ensure game deadlines are met. You will work collaboratively alongside internal teams and third-party certification houses to plan and manage the delivery of games.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the game certification pipeline; from quote to receipt of certificates
  • Working closely with third parties to ensure timely delivery of games certificates
  • Regular communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on the status of game certification
  • Supporting the internal Account Management team to deliver games across multiple international markets
  • Follow and improve internal procedures to provide and store all the regulatory information required to support our game releases
  • Using internal finance and workflow systems to support the timely delivery of our games
  • Supporting the Delivery Manager in planning workloads and timelines for third party delivery
  • Defect resolution, working closely with internal technical teams to resolve issues raised by the external certification houses
  • Assisting with deployments of our content releases
