Due to continued company growth, we are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Gift Designer to join our creative team.

This is a varied, fast-paced role involving everything from developing new product ranges and packaging to trend research, customer presentations, catalogues, and trade shows. It would be ideal for a creative designer who enjoys working across multiple projects and wants to develop their career within the gift and lifestyle industry.

The Role

  • Designing exciting and innovative products and packaging that are commercially relevant and appropriate for the brand and target customer.
  • Researching emerging trends and creating trend reports and mood boards to inspire colleagues, customers, and future product ranges.
  • Managing design and research projects from initial concept through to presentation.
  • Creating high-quality customer presentations, range boards, and design concepts for both branded and own-brand collections.
  • Developing innovative product, packaging, and graphic design ideas for the company.
  • Supporting occasional in-house marketing projects, including flyers, email campaigns, social media graphics, and brochures.
  • Assisting with the design and production of company catalogues and trade show materials.
  • Carrying out regular online competitor and market research to stay informed about new products, trends, and competitor activity.
  • Supporting the company's social media accounts with creative content where required.
  • Working closely with the wider design, product development, and sourcing teams to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
