Inspired By: Senior Designer & Head of Brand

Department: Brand & Marketing

Role: Junior Designer

About Us

At Incipio, we've got a big appetite. For bold brands and big experiences. We like to shake things up. Not once. But time and time again. It's how everyday locations become cultural landmarks. And why everyone we bring along has a great time, no matter which side of the bar they're stood. Our team is equal parts ambition and know-how. It's a cocktail that carries through the company, and it's what's taking us, and those around us, to bigger, bolder places.

The Role

As a Junior Designer, you'll work closely with our Brand & Marketing team, supporting a wide range of creative projects across our hospitality brands. From being a part of a team developing brand identities to creating in venue POS, social media content, presentations and digital assets, you'll play an important role in bringing our brands to life. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their creative skills in a fast paced, collaborative environment where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design creative assets across print, digital and social media.
  • Support the development and rollout of brand identities across multiple hospitality brands.
  • Create marketing collateral including presentations, pitch decks, menus, flyers, posters and in venue POS.
  • Prepare artwork for both print and digital production.
  • Work collaboratively with designers, marketers and the wider business from concept through to final delivery.
  • Contribute ideas, mood boards and design research during creative development.
  • Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, hospitality culture and emerging social media platforms.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
