Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join DOT, an award-winning creative technology studio that combines design craft, intelligent content production, and technical innovation to deliver impactful work for global brands. As a Junior Designer, you will play a meaningful role in bringing digital campaigns to life, helping create engaging, data-driven creative experiences across multiple channels. Working within a collaborative and supportive team, you'll develop your design and technical capabilities while contributing to high-quality work at scale. Responsibilities

  • Support the design and delivery of digital advertising campaigns across a range of creative formats and media channels.
  • Create, adapt, and optimise digital and motion assets to maintain quality and consistency across campaigns.
  • Work within HTML5 and JavaScript-based ad templates, making updates, troubleshooting issues, and supporting campaign deployment.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, media specialists, and project teams to deliver effective creative solutions.
  • Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and project planning activities, helping identify new opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Maintain organised project files and documentation to support efficient workflows and timely delivery.
  • Assist with dynamic creative and trafficking processes, ensuring creative assets align with technical specifications and campaign requirements.

Qualifications

  • Experience using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Working knowledge or interest in learning HTML5, CSS, and foundational JavaScript, to edit and troubleshoot web-based creative assets.
  • Familiarity with Adobe After Effects and an interest in motion design principles.
  • An interest in digital advertising, dynamic creative optimisation, ad-serving technologies, and creative production workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance quality, accuracy, and deadlines.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to work with colleagues from a variety of disciplines and technical backgrounds.
  • A proactive learning mindset and curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI-assisted creative tools and automation.
