Job Title: Junior Designer
Reporting To: Senior Creative Designer
Location: London – hybrid working

The job in a nutshell
As part of the Studio team, the Junior Designer creates engaging, on-brand creative assets across digital and print channels, supporting campaigns, customer experiences and brand activity. Working closely with colleagues across Marketing, Content and Design, the role helps bring the BB&R brand to life through compelling creative that drives engagement and supports commercial objectives.

What you will do
- Digital and print design for our shops, events and retail campaigns
- Create and optimise creative assets and content across social media, email, web, paid media and campaign journeys.
- Create and optimise digital content for website, landing pages and campaign journeys
- Adapt campaign creative across multiple digital touchpoints, ensuring consistency and optimisation by channel
- Support the creation and editing of short-form video content for social and digital platforms.
- Support the development of engaging visual assets that drive engagement, acquisition and conversion.
- Support the creation and adaptation of labels, packaging, product and brand assets across print and digital channels.
- Assisting on internal shoots when required e.g Christmas
- Assisting on creation of assets for new campaigns, such as bottleshots for bbr.com
- Manage and organise digital asset libraries, ensuring content is accessible and on-brand.
- Design for events such as tasting booklets, signage
- Design support for wholesale and Spirits teams
- Design support for the People Team, including responsibility for business cards
- Support Studio administration and operational processes where required.
- Monitor creative trends and best practice across social, digital and luxury brands.

What you will bring to the role
- A creative eye and skill for attention to detail, strong typography and layout skills
- A creative outlook and a problem-solving mentality with the drive for continual improvement
- Able to present ideas, concepts and develop designs based on feedback
Experience / Achievements
- Higher education in a relevant field or experience in industry
- A portfolio demonstrating creative, digital and campaign design work.
- Experience creating visual content for digital channels, including social media, email and web.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and digital design tools such as Canva.
- Understanding of how creative content supports engagement and commercial performance across digital channels.

Your Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours
- Canva proficiency.
- Basic video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar).
- Knowledge of print ready artwork and digital files
- Experience with CMS platforms and digital publishing.
- Understanding of digital performance metrics and creative optimisation.
- Knowledge of asset creation for Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and email marketing channels.
- HTML/CSS (would be advantageous)
- Ability to explain ideas with clarity and confidence, with strong communication skills
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and content production platforms.
- Positive can-do attitude
- Highly organised and collaborative, with a flexible approach
- A multi-tasker with the ability to work on numerous projects simultaneously
- A natural communicator who can build effective relationships and enjoys working with other teams
Qualifications
- Higher education in a relevant field or experience in industry
- An interest in and keen to develop wine knowledge (WSET)
