Junior Designer

About Us

MSQ Sport + Entertainment is a specialist sport and entertainment agency, built to break through. Founded in 2024 by the team that built M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment's legacy over two decades, we help brands become impossible to ignore in the spaces people care about most – sport and entertainment. We're ingrained in fan culture, working with brands like Amazon, Barclays, British Gas, Coca-Cola, O2, Howden, Glenfiddich, The FA and Under Armour, from hubs in London, New York and Amsterdam. We act like fans, not sponsors – and we're looking for a Junior Designer to help the world see it.

Location: Hybrid minimum 3 days in our Covent Gdn office/2 working from home.

The Role

As a Junior Designer, you will support our Senior Designer and the creative team in delivering compelling visual content across a range of sports and entertainment projects. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious designer at the beginning of their career to develop their skills while working on campaigns for well-known brand partnerships and sports properties. You will assist in the creation of digital and print assets, social media content, presentations, branded materials, and event graphics, helping bring creative ideas to life while ensuring brand consistency and high-quality execution.

What You’ll Do - key responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
