Why be a Junior Designer at THG Beauty?

This is a creative role for someone looking to build strong foundations in both design and artworking. You’ll support the wider Creative team with the day-to-day production and rollout of assets across our channels, while developing your design skills and understanding of the Cult Beauty brand.

Working closely with our Creative Services Manager, Designers, Photographers and Art Director, you’ll learn how creative ideas are translated across everything from CRM and social to onsite, paid media, campaigns and print.

We’re looking for someone curious, organised and eager to learn, with a great eye for detail and a genuine interest in design, beauty and culture.

As Junior Designer, you’ll:

  • Supporting the team with day-to-day artworking and production across digital and print.
  • Adapting existing creative into different formats, sizes and channel requirements.
  • Supporting campaign rollouts across CRM, onsite, paid media, social, affiliate, OOH and other brand touchpoints.
  • Working from established designs, templates and brand guidelines to create accurate and consistent assets.
  • Supporting Designers and Art Directors with asset creation, image preparation and file set-up.
  • Preparing and optimising imagery and artwork to the correct specifications for different platforms.
  • Helping with BAU and fast-turnaround creative requests across the business.
  • Keeping files, assets and working documents organised and easy for the wider team to access.
  • Learning how the Cult Beauty brand and creative direction translates across different channels.
  • Building your understanding of typography, layout, composition and brand systems.
  • Contributing ideas and creative references as your confidence develops.
  • Taking feedback on board and applying learnings to future work.
  • Keeping up with design, beauty and cultural trends and sharing inspiration with the team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
